Policy Scope and Objectives

StradePay's AML/CFT policy aims to:

  • Comply with the EU AML Directive (AMLD) and international FATF standards.
  • Raise awareness of internal compliance.

Core Policies

1. KYC (Know Your Customer)

  • Strict identity verification procedures are implemented to ensure accurate customer information.
  • Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) for high risk customers.

2. Risk Control and Transaction Monitoring

  • Adopt RBA (Risk Based Approach) to categorize and monitor customers and transactions.
  • We use advanced technology to analyze trading behavior and identify unusual situations.

3. Suspicious Transaction Reporting (STR) and Internal Alerting System

  • Cooperate with the Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU) to ensure compliant reporting procedures.

4. Risk Assessment and Compliance Management

  • Conduct regular enterprise-wide risk assessments to ensure AML/CFT policies are up-to-date.
  • Use data analytics and risk modeling to identify potential financial crime threats.
  • Assign a dedicated compliance team to be responsible for the implementation of AML/CFT policies.

Prohibited Activities

  • Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing.
  • Trading in virtual currencies using illegally obtained funds.
  • Circumvention of international sanctions or financial regulations.

Our AML policy complies with the relevant regulations of the Czech Republic and the EU, including:

  • Czech Anti-Money Laundering Act.
  • The Fifth and Sixth EU Anti-Money Laundering Directives (AMLD5 & AMLD6).
